RAPP Stahlservice was founded in 1953 by Willy Rapp and has been family-owned since then.
The production of fixed dimension plates and slit strip is one of our core tasks, we are also happy to manufacture on a contract basis.
On more than 12,000 m², our qualified and efficient employees produce customer-specific parts of the highest quality. On four AMADA lines, two slitting lines, three guillotine shears and two decoiling lines. Here, decades of experience are combined with advanced technology and proven know-how.
Our stock of raw materials comprises more than 4,000 tons, which enables us to react quickly and easily to customer requirements.

RAPP Stahl is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and is a waste management company.
This begins with the receipt of goods and accompanies the complete production up to the delivery of the products.
In our in-house laboratory, incoming materials are tested, ongoing processes are monitored and test reports analogous to 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204 are prepared upon customer request.
This ensures that only the best raw materials are used and only tested products leave the house.

Check: You receive goods, check contents, accompanying documents and are familiar with customs and dangerous goods regulations.
Capture: Weigh, measure, store - you keep track of inventory and make arrangements for appropriate storage.
Picking: On the basis of orders, you assemble goods and merchandise and prepare them for shipping.
Shipping:Using appropriate shipping packaging, your lists, and your organizational talents, you prepare goods for shipment.
